Show Reorganizes!.... Buchesne Druggist is School Board Mead ! B. A. Jacoby, Duchesne drug store operator, has been elevated ele-vated to the presidency of the Duchesne county school board, and M. A. Harrison, of Neola, was named vice-president, as the board met in their first meeting of the new year. Retiring president of the board is J. Edgar Holder, of Mt. Emmons, who just completed com-pleted 3 years of a 5-year term, and Mr. Jacoby, who is beginning begin-ning his final year of a 5-year term, is the retiring vice president. presi-dent. Other members of the board are W. R. Harris, Myton, who received his oath of office for another term, having been re-elected last month; and E. L. Murphy, of Upalco, who has served one year of his term. Mr. Harrison, a Neola rancher, has three more years to serve. Clifton C. Mickelson. 20-year clerk, was given a vote of confidence con-fidence by the board and reappointed re-appointed for another 2-year term, as was R. S. Jordan, Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, as treasurer. Dean C. Christensen is the superintendent. superinten-dent. He is serving his first year in this capacity. All officers and appointees are made for a 2-year term as provided in the Utah state school laws. . |
