Show Mrs. Melba Eksund Recent visitors at the Deone Spencer's home were Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Bench, of Duchesne, Du-chesne, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Seeley and daughter, of Mt. Pleasant, Jay Anderson, of Ogden, Og-den, and Kay Dan Arnold, of Gusher. Tuesday at work meeting the Relief Society women quilted two quilts and Wednesday the Community club quilted two. Cheri Nelson, of Montwel, -was a visitor of ArVella Eksund one night last week. A Fireside Chat was held Wednesday night at the home of Nita Harrison, under the direction di-rection of the Gleaner leader, Mrs. Irene Henrie. The P T A party was a great success Saturday night at the school gym, with card games the big feature of the evening, along with canasta, pit, checkers check-ers and other games. Luncheon was served Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Gardner and son, Tommy, visitd in Deep Creek Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ilif Gardner. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Smith visited vis-ited Mr. and Mrs. Wesley All-red All-red during1 the week-end. Home missionaries this week were the speakers Sunday at meeting George Hacking, Evan Olsen and Paul Murphy, of Roosevelt. |
