Show Ladies' Aid Group Re-Elects Officers The Ladies' Aid held their regular business meeting Thursday Thurs-day afternoon at the Presbyterian Presbyter-ian church. Election of officers was the principal business with all present officers re-elected. Quilt blocks were made during the afternoon, after which Mrs. Carlos Clark and Mrs. O. A. Dart, as hostesses, served a delicious de-licious lunch to Mrs. Lou Mil-ner, Mil-ner, Mrs. I. R. Tuttle, Mrs. Alice Brummett, Mrs. W. R. Harris, Mrs. Lavar Peterson, Mrs. L. E. Potter, Mrs. Homer Robinson, Mrs. W. E. Burton, Miss Alice Todd and Mrs. Emery Nielson. j HOSTESS TO CLUB Mrs. Frank Uresk was hostess to the Young Matrons' Club at her ranch home Thursday afternoon. after-noon. Present were Mrs. A. C. Tolboe, Mrs. Rex Lamb, Mrs. Ted Monks, Mrs. Forrest Hancock, Han-cock, Mrs. John Uresk, Mrs. An-tone An-tone Uresk and Mrs. Dee Iorg. Refreshments were served at the close of the afternoon. FRIDAY BRIDGE MEETS' Mrs. Joseph Woolf entertained the Friday Bridge Club at her home Friday afternoon. Her guest list included, Mrs. Floyd Lamb, Mrs. James Dalgleish, Mrs. Rex Lamb, Mrs. W. H. Linck, Mrs. Homer Robinson, Miss Alice Todd and Mrs. A. C. Tolboe. Refreshments were served ser-ved at the close of the afternoon after-noon and high score prize was awarded to Mrs. Robinson. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Semken and Mrs. Ferguson, of Gusher, visited Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Tolboe, Tol-boe, Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Semken are Mrs. Tolboe's parents. par-ents. Mrs. Joan Tolboe, president of Unit No. 5, American Legion Auxiliary, reports that this Unit Un-it is sponsoring the Poppy Poster Pos-ter contest in the Myton Elementary Ele-mentary school and also at the Union High School. Mrs. Florence Flor-ence Lott, Poppy chairman, is in charge of the project. |
