Show Summons In The District Court Of The 4th Judicial District Of The State Of Utah, In And For Duchesne County WILMER D. PARRISH, Plaintiff, Plain-tiff, vs. THELMA HARDMAN; GEO. F. SMITH; ARTEMUS C. HARMSTON; PAUL B. BEST; DUCHESNE DU-CHESNE COUNTY, a body corporate cor-porate and politic of the State of Utah; and all other parties unknown un-known claiming any right, title, estate, or interest in, or lien upon, up-on, the real property described in the Complaint, or clouding the plantiff's title thereto, Defendants. The State of Utah To The Above Named Defendants: You are hereby summoned and required to Sfirve upon George E. Stewart, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Roosevelt, Utah, an answer to the Complaint within with-in twenty (20) days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith here-with served upon you. This action is brought to quiet plaintiff's title in and to the following fol-lowing described land situate in Duchesne County, State of Utah, to-wit: The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, of Section 31, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Uintah Special' Meridian; Also, beginning at the Southwest South-west corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, U.S.M. and running thence East 120 rods, thence South 16 rods; thence West 40 rods; thence North 14 rods; thence West 80 rods; thence North 2 rods to place of beginning.
