Show at(flett By Mrs. Zilpha Wall Return From Honeymoon Trip Mr. and Mrs. Blake V. Peay, Jr. have returned from their honeymoon trip through Zion Canyon. They were married July 1 in the Manti Temple Mrs. Peay was formerly Miss Lori Lee Olsen, of Provo. They plan to make their home here. 4-H CLUB MEETS The Randlett Stomach Teasers Teas-ers Club met July 7 at the home of Shirley Pickup, under direction di-rection of leaders Lea Mae Chandler and Madge Wall. A dessert course was the project for the day, and a luncheon lunch-eon was planned for member?' mothers for the following; week. Mr. and Mrs. Myron Brough and family are vacationing in Yellowstone Park. Mrs. Jessie Pickup and daughter, daugh-ter, Velma, visited relatives in Vernal Friday. Mr. and Mrs. George Pickup and daughter, Susan, are visiting vis-iting friends and relatives hea. They will return to their home at Tule Lake, California, some time next week. Mrs. Mamie Chandler, of Los Angeles, is visiting her son, William Chandler, Mrs. Florence Adams and Mrs. Ravelle Shaefermeyer, members of the Stake Board visited Primary Pri-mary here Wednesday. Cathy and Steven Gould, of Salt Lake City, and Jean Chandler, Chand-ler, of Myton, visited on Monday Mon-day of last week with Lula Dudley. Dud-ley. Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Martinez Mar-tinez are the parents of a baby boy born last week. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Wardle, of Los Angeles, are visiting relatives rel-atives here. Past Ashte and Deloris, his daughter, are spending the summer sum-mer in Ignacio, Colorado, with friends. Mrs. Ida Berle Stevens, from Vancouver Washington, is visiting vis-iting her sister, Mrs. Drayden Foster. Mr. and Mrs. Orin Thomas and family, of Sandy, spent Thursday with relatives hero. Mr. and Mrs. W. D Moor.;, were Vernal visitors on Thursday. Thurs-day. Mr. and Mrs. Claud Nebeker. of Fort Duchesne, were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Chandler Wednesday evening of last week. Mrs. Ada Pickup and Mr. and Mrs. George Pickup visited in Ballard on Wednesday of last week. LaRae Young, of Vernal, spent the week visiting at the home of LaRue Pickup. A baby fooy was born July 7 to Mr. and Mrs. Mariner Mc-Mullin Mc-Mullin at the Roosevelt Hospital. Bud Jarman has returned to his home in Salt Lake after a visit here with Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Jarman. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Young and family, of Los Angeles, Calif., are visiting relatives here. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Wall, Jr. attended the Indian missionary mission-ary reunion held at the Trideil Chapel Friday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Arza Adams, of Vernal, visited Thursday evening eve-ning at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wall. Mrs. Ada Pickup, Mr. and Mrs. George Pickup, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Pickup, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Pickup, Mr. and Mrs. LaRue Pickup and Mrs. Thomas Chandler and their families spent Sunday picnicking and fishing at Oaks Park in the Dry Fork mountains. The Boy Scouts and their leaders have returned from their trip to the Uinta Mountains. Moun-tains. They reported lots of fun and lots of good fishing. , A farewell party was held Thursday evening in connection with the Indian Mutual for two of their members who will be leaving soon for the armed forces.
