Should any bid be rejected after a deposit is made, through no fault of the bidder, all moneys deposited shall be returned. In addition to all other oth-er limitations provided by law, failure of the successful bidder to comply with the terms of the sale will render all deposts theretofore made by or due from him subject to forfeiture without further action on the part of this office. The successful bidder will be required to secure the signatures signa-tures of all Indian owners. The leases must be completed and returned, together with all supporting sup-porting papers and the remaining remain-ing sums due and owing, within 30 days from date of mailing to lessee for execution. An ad- ditionaV period of time will be granted for good and suff icient reason upon request made prior to the expiration of the original 30-day period. The Superintendent Superinten-dent reserves the right, as a condition precedent to the granting grant-ing of any extended period of time for filing a lease, to require re-quire the deposit of any remaining remain-ing sums due and owing on the lease, including the balance of the bonus bid and the first year's rental.
