Show Letter Requests Residents Of City Register Housing For Music Fete Scheduled For April 25 And 26 Following is a letter being sent to all parents of children who are attending school in the Roosevelt area, in which the committee on housing for the forthcoming Region 5 Music Festival Fes-tival is seeking housing for the students who will attend.' Dear Parents: The annual Music Festival for Region 5 is going to be held in Roosevelt, April 25 and 26. We have the problem of housing approximately 600 students the night of April 25. In order to accomplish this it will be necessary for all of the homes in the community to cooperate by taking as many students as possible into their homes. If you are able to help in this way, please answer the questions listed below. Arrangements are tentatively set so the day's activities will be over by 4:00 p.m. April 25th. A lunch will be served at the school cafeteria between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. The evening program will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A dance will follow which will last until 9:30 p.m. It would be appreciated if those persons having children to pick up after the dance, or who have travel accomodations accessible, ac-cessible, would meet the students assigned to their homes at 9:30 p.m. in a home room (to be assigned later) so the students will be in their homes not later than 10:00 p.m. Courtesy cars or buses will deliver those students who are not picked up at their home rooms. Also, it would be appreciated if breakfast would be served and travel furnished the students back to the school by 9:00 a.m., Saturday, so they can be lined up, ready for the parade by 10:00 a.m. Very truly yours, . Housing Committee Region 5 Music Festival Number of students you can accomodate. Will breakfast be furnished? : Will you pick the students up at Union High at 9:45 p.m.? I Do you prefer boys or girls? For the convenience of those who will cooperate in this, the above letter can be clipped out and mailed to the committee.
