Show ARCADIA Mrs. Elsie Bird Released From Hospital March 11 Mrs. Grant Peel was released Tuesday, March 11, from the Roosevelt Hospital and spent a few days with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. S. Lusty, before be-fore returning to her home in Hanna. Mr. Peel came Saturday to take her home. Mr. and Mrs. Norman La-brum La-brum and girls, of Roosevelt, j visited Monday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Loryn Ross. Mr. and Mrs. Hale Holgate spent a few days in Salt Lake City during the week. Cleo Crow and Dawn Pace, of Montwel, visited during the week at the home of Hazel Johnson. Marion Ross made a business trip to Salt Lake Wednesday. While there he attended the basketball games. Miss Shirley Zirker, of Heber, spent several days, last week at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Julius Zirker. The following attended the basketball tournament at Salt Lake last week: Ellen Gilbert, Pauline Larsen, Marilyn Zirker, Cleo Holgate, Vivian Larsen, Merlynn and Donna Ross, Leon Ross and Ronald "Zirker. Naomi Gilbert, who is attending at-tending school at the BYU, spent the weekend with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas M. Gilbert. Work meeting was held Tuesday Tues-day at the ward house, with thirteen Relief Society members present. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Bowden and son, Steven, left for Salt i Lake Saturday to make their , home. Mr. and Mrs. James Larsen and Donna visited a few days last week in Salt Lake . and Spanish Fork. Thomas Larsen left Thursdav for San Diego, where he will take two week's training with the Navy. He is a member of I the Naval Reserve. Deon Bird was an overnight guest Monday of Shirley Myers at Roosevelt. |
