Show Missionary Dance, Concert Planned By Seventy Group An activity program has been formulated by the 162nd Quorum Quor-um of Seventy. Roosevelt Stake, for the current year, is an announcement an-nouncement made by the presidency pres-idency of the quorum. The first function on the calendar cal-endar of events is a missionary benefit dance set for Saturday, March 22, in the Roosevelt Stake House. A special auction is being planned to add interest to .the evening of dancing. The services of E. E. Coon, professional profes-sional auctioneer at the Uintah Sales Barn, is being sought for the auction. Refreshments will be sold by the quorum. The entire stake -is invited to join in the party and the receipts re-ceipts will be used to support members of the quorum now serving foreign missions and to aid in the stake mission program. pro-gram. According to Ronald Benson, senior member of the presidency, presi-dency, the next activity is a dinner - meeting for quorum members and their wives, which is scheduled for April 18 with the Roosevelt? Second Ward Seventy Sev-enty sponsoring the affair. This is a quarterly activity and is designed for fellowship rather I than to raise funds. On May 10, the quorum will bring to Roosevelt one of the west's most prominent concert pianists Carl Furstner, who is a member of the Brigham Young University faculty, who will present a concert. This will be another missionary benefit, with admission being charged. Mr. Furstner' is currently teaching two classes at the BYU in Art of Accompanying and the Interpretation of the" Art Song. These courses begin with the spring quarter. Other members of the 162nd Quorum presidency besides Mr. 3enson are Leland G. Bolton, Smith Johnson.
