Show liivanis Plans Farmer's Night To Bicuss Water In keeping with "Utah Conservation Conser-vation Week," which was officially official-ly proclaimed for April 8 to 14 by Governor J. Bracken Lee, the Roosevelt Kiwanis Club will hold its annual "Farmers' Night" tonight, to-night, Thursday, April 12. The dinner meeting will be held at the Frontier Grill at 7:30. Each year Kiwanis plans a program pro-gram and invites a speaker to discuss subjects pertinent to the local farmers' problems, and this year Elwood Carter, president of the Duchesne County Water Users Us-ers Association, will discuss water "lings and other problems so important im-portant to the people in the Basin.
