Show Notice OF INTENTION TO IMPOUND TRESPASSING, LIVESTOCK Notice is hereby given that all livestock found trespassing upon land owned or controlled by the Uinted States within Uintah and Duchesne counties, Ashley National Forest. State of Utah, will be impounded under un-der Regulation T-12, U. S. Department De-partment of Agriculture. Forest Service, on or after March 12, 1951, if the same be not previously pre-viously removed permanently from the National Forest. After impoundment, owners of trespassing livestock may regain re-gain possession thereof only by first reimbursing the United States in full the expenses incurred in-curred in gathering, impounding, impound-ing, pasturing, and advertising said livestock. All impounded animals not previously so redeemed re-deemed will be offered for sale at public auction. Animals not sold at public sale will be sold at private sale or ' condemned and destroyed, as required by the regulations of the Secretary I of Agriculture. WM. D.
