Owners of the two vehicles are Mr. and Mrs. Bill Harrah, of Reno, whose car is a 1911 Pope Hartford, and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Carlett, of Sacramento, Sacramen-to, Calif., who drive a 1910 Steam. . .
