Show Beehive Girls Have Hobo Party Mrs. Delia Liddell and the following fol-lowing Beehive girls enjoyed a hobo party Wednesday night: Lu Jean Jennings, Valoy Wright, Tonia Merrott, Bertie Lisonbee, Darleen Brady, Norma Rae Murphy Mur-phy and Geneil Shelton. The girls enjoyed "hand-outs" from the Brad y. Jennings, Linke, Lisonbee, Halladay and Liddell homes. Mr. and Mrs. M. F. Jennings, LuJean and Wayne went to Provo Saturday, where they met their grandson, Robert Edwards, of Las Vegas, Nevada, who plans to visit for a few weeks with his grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Walters Wal-ters were pleasantly surprised Thursday when friends of their son, Elder Joseph A. Walters, called at their home bringing news of Walter's work in the California mission field. The visitors vis-itors were Mr. and Mrs. Bert Seeley, Mrs. Whipple, her daughter, daugh-ter, Marleen, and son. Bert, of Ajo, Arizona. Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Young-, of Mt. Emmons, were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Taylor. Tay-lor. Mr. and Mrs. Carlos Clark and family, of Myton, were Sunday afternoon visitors at the Frank Meyer home. Mr. and Mrs. Alma Smith visited vis-ited in Utahn Sunday. Ervin Murphy moved Mrs. Archie Price's possessions to Bountiful during the week, where she has accepted employment. employ-ment. Enroute home Mr. Murphy-called Murphy-called at American Fork to bring his wife, Nelda, home. Mrs. Murphy has been visiting her father, Ray Beal, Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Walters and son, Leon, of Salt Lake visited vis-ited Sunday at the Leland Wright home in Utahn. A large crowd of Bridgeland people attended funeral services for J.A. Brundage at Roosevelt Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Shelby Lisonbee attended funeral services for Clair Labrum at Roosevelt Wednesday. Wed-nesday. Wm. Bond and daughter, Mer-la, Mer-la, of Heber, and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Gilbert, of Arcadia, called at the M. A. Walters home Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Orson Rawlins, of Craig, Colo., visited at the Roy Taylor home last weekend. week-end. Their sons, "Harold and Paul returned home with them, while their daughter, LaRae remained here to visit with her grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Van Tas-gell Tas-gell and family were Salt Lake City visitors during the week. |
