Show M0.1TVJELL By Bettie Mower Bishop Is Home From Hospital Bishop James Hamblin returned re-turned home Saturday after spending ' approximately three weeks in the LDS hospital in Salt Lake City. Delmer Hamblin, Bettie Mower, Mow-er, Evelyn Shaw, Arvin Hullinger, Hullin-ger, Kay Hamblin and Wayne Brown attended the Church History His-tory and Seminary graduation party held in Vernal Saturday night, where a program, dancing and refreshments were enjoyed. Speakers at Sacrament meeting meet-ing Sunday evening were Alden White, of the High Council; Mrs. Osa Hullinger and Earl Gardner. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Blanchard and family spent Easter Sunday in Colorado visiting with Mrs. Blanchard's father, Elzie Reynolds. Rey-nolds. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hard-man, Hard-man, of Salt Lake City, visited Mr. and Mrs. Norman Fenn over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Amos Gagon and Verlin Gagon, from Roy, Utah, were visiting relatives over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Fenn visited in Gusher Saturday with Mrs. David Hackford. Friday night, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Blanchard celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary. Attending At-tending were Mr. and Mrs. Pete Hunt, Mrs. Jean Hamblin and daughter, Vivian. BIRTHDAY PARTY A birthday party was held Wednesday night for Mrs. Myra Mitchell. Attending1 were Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Evans, of Roosevelt; Mr. and Mrs. Norman Fenn, Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Freston, Mr. and Mrs. Parley Alexander, Mr. and Mrs. Maurel Taylor and Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Boren. Refreshments were served. ser-ved. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thompson, Thomp-son, Evelyn Shaw and Connel Parry attended Stake Union meeting in Roosevelt Sunday. Dance practice was held Saturday Sat-urday night, April 11th at the church house. |
