According to Mrs. Harold Dill-man, Dill-man, county director for the March of Dimes, three stats workers will attend the meeting and all county workers are urg-to urg-to be in attendance. Those who will attend the meeting are Dr. Creed Haymond, state fund raising rais-ing director; S. Bruce Hanks, state representative for Utah and Nevada on the National Foundation; and Mrs. Edmund T. Evans, adviser of women's activities. The Saturday meeting will be conducted by Howard M. Ivory, county director for the National Foundation, and Mrs. Dillman. An interesting side-light to the 1952 March of Dimes campaign cam-paign was reported by Mrs. Dill-man, Dill-man, who announced that the first contribution, three dimes, came from Germany, the contributor con-tributor being Pfc. Leonard H. Robinson, of Ballard., who is with the U. S. Army in Manna-tim, Manna-tim, Germany. He said he had three dimes and couldn't spend them, so Polio got his three pieces of silver. |
