Show Randlett Nanna Jarman Mary Helen Harris, who is employed at the L.D.S. hospital 'in Salt Lake, spent the weekend (visiting her folks, Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Harris artd Family. Carol Jensen gave a talk at the Leota Ward Sacrament meeting, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Pine, of Vernal, visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jess Jensen, Thursday. Thurs-day. There was a good representation representa-tion from Randlett at the P.T.A. meeting at Alterra, Thursday. Several members of the Randlett-Ouray Lions club and their partners attended the Lions club dance at the Imperial hall, Vernal, May 15th. Mrs. Madge Wall spent Saturday Satur-day in Roosevelt, visiting her daughter, Mrs. Nolan Lambert. Ervin Young was elected stu-dentbody stu-dentbody president of Alterra high school for next year. Ward conference was held Sunday Sun-day with President Russell Todd, of the Stake Presidency, as the guest speaker. Other speakers were Bishop Ira Wilson, Mrs. Jennie McMullin, William Harris, Har-ris, Ervin Young and Grant Jar-man. Jar-man. The ward chorus sang "Come, Come Ye Saints." Graveside services were Held Sunday afternoon for John Quirl at the Randlett cemetery, under the direction of the Odd Fellows Lodge. |
