Show School Doings LIFE IN A CHANGING HIGH SCHOOL WORLD By Fern Rasmussen. R II S This year when the old students stud-ents came back to Roosevelt High and met with some hundred hun-dred or so new students they found that not only had the building undergone a great change, but also the faculty. That group now consists of about nineteen members, twelve of whom are new to RHS. The first day was quite confusing con-fusing to all of us, but mostly to the elementary students who were trodden under foot by hurrying hur-rying upperclassmcn. However, after the newness had worn off and we were acclimated to our surroundings we found that the ireason for our efficiency in registering reg-istering and the smoothness with, which the student government was put into operation lay in the head of our institution. Mr. Jensen. Jen-sen. My first impression of our principal was that he was very efficient and exacting. As I grew better acquainted I found that not only was this true, but that he also had a definite interest in-terest in the students and their activities as well.
