Show Ioka Mrs. Violet Gentry Mrs. Bertha Angus Mr. and Mrs. James F. Lemon spent last week with relatives in Gunnison and Salt Lake City. Mrs. W. G. Gentry and Mrs. Tom Gentry entertained the Ladies La-dies Aid of Myton at the Tom Gentry home on August 4. After the business meeting, refresh-, ments were served to 14 members mem-bers and one guest, Mrs. Alma Burdick, of Jacksonville. Fla. Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Timothy and family were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Lemon, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Mecham. of Hancock Cove, visited their parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Lemon, Lem-on, Wednesday. Alice Patry and Gloria Rider, of Roosevelt, visited Monday with Louise Gentry. Mrs. Elmer Fausett and two sons, of Myton, visited here Saturday. Sat-urday. W. E. Broome, of Myton, was in Ioka on business during the week. Mrs. Amelia Baird. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Baird and family, of Ogden, visited friends here Monday. Mon-day. Mrs. Roy French and son are visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Webb. Guy Percival and sons, Mark and Niel, of Provo, visited here Sunday with Guy's parents. Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Percival. -Mark remained here for a longer visit. Mrs. Cliff Fillmore, of Midway, Mid-way, and children, called on friends here Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. James Lloyd and Mr. and Mrs. Otto Lloyd attended attend-ed a Lloyd reunion at Benjamin, Sunday. Billy Milligan, of Roosevelt, called on' J. A. Angus and W. G. Gentry, Sunday. Chas. Percival was painfully injured August 3 when the dairy bull charged him and mauled him severely. He suffered three borken ribs and the ligaments were torn in his back. We are glad to report that Loran Benson is now able to get around on crutches. He has been confined in bed in a cast since he was hurt in an automobile accident 2 months ago. |
