Show Myton Mr. Grace Dalgleish Members of the Ladies' Aid who attended the regular meeting meet-ing Thursday at the home of Mrs Thomas Gentry, . at Ioka, were Mrs. I. R. Tuttle. Mrs. W. E Burton, Mrs. James Weston, Mrs Carlos Clark, Mrs. L. E. potter, Mrs. Charles Sands, Mrs. w E Broome, Mrs. Bliss Lott, Mrs Milton Lott. Mrs. Amanda Parker and Mrs. R. H. Burdick. Mrs. Wm. Gentry was co-hostess. Weekend visitors at the home i of Mr. and Mrs. David Tanner, were Mrs. Tanner's brother. Wil-lard Wil-lard Pierce and Miss Betty Brown of Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Haueter enjoyed en-joyed a visit from his parents who came from Midway to spend the weekend here. Miss Colleene Robison, of Randlett, was a gxiest of her cousin cous-in Miss Frances Funk, from Thursday till Saturday. Bob Peatross came from Salt Lake City last week to spend a few days with his mother, Mrs. Lydia Peatross. The Larks of the Myton Ward Primary entertained their mothers moth-ers at a mothers and daughters party at the chapel Wednesday afternoon. The class, composed of 9-year-old girls, entertained with games, climaxed by a delicious lunch. They were assisted by their teacher, Mrs. Jane Porritt. Mrs. Felix Quintana ana daughter, Elnora, accompanied by their houseguest, Mrs. Henry Torrez and small granddaughter, spent a few days in Salt Lake City, returning home Wednesday evening. . , Mr. and Mrs. Emery Nielson and daughter, Mrs. Erma Adams, were called to San Francisco last week by the death of their son and brother, Arvel Nielson, who died Wednesday night following a brief illness. Arvel made his home here during his youth and was a student of the Myton school. He served with the Navy, stationed in the Pacific area, during dur-ing World War II. Since his marriage he had resided in California. Cal-ifornia. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Nore and daughters, of Lorain, Ohio, were guests last week at the Homer Robinson home. They left Friday Fri-day for Salt Lake accompanied by Mr. Robinson, for a visit with his son and daughters. Bill Robinson. Rob-inson. Mrs. Cleone Sproul and Mrs. Wendall Workman. Mrs. Nore is Mrs. Robinson's niece. Dee Allred came from Sigurd, Utah, Saturday, to get his wife who has been visiting her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Yergensen. He was accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Yergenserx's father, Fred Borg. Mr. and Mrs, Charles Meranda spent the weekend at. their. ranch home west of town. Mr. and Mrs. Ole Peterson. Mrs. Paul Krause and children; I of Ft. Duchesne, visited Saturday with her mother, Mrs. Lydia Peatross, Pea-tross, who returned to Ft. Duchesne Du-chesne with them to spend the , weekend before going on to Vernal Ver-nal for a brief stay.
