Seeley entertained 24 young people at her home Thursday night honoring her son, Devon's, birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Harden Labrum and family and Grant Peel, of Arcadia visited the Angus Andersons, An-dersons, Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Herman Baum-gaertel Baum-gaertel are the parents of another an-other girl. They are staying with Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Birtcher. Mrs. Effie Winn, who has been visiting with her dunphtfrc in Rexburg, is now with Mrs. Earl Gardner. Mr. and Mrs. Wendel Johnson John-son are rejoicing ever the arrival arriv-al of a baby girl born at the Roosevelt hospital Friday. Wen-del Wen-del came from Provo Saturday and returned Sunday to resume his studies at B Y U. Gerhard and Ruth Stolla enjoyed en-joyed a week's visit in Salt Lake with relatives and friends. Mrs. Arthur Wiscombe has received re-ceived word that a son has been born to Bishop and Mrs. Raymond Ray-mond Wiscombe, of Morgan'. Mr. and Mrs. C. Hartley, of Tridell, recent new comers from England, were the speakers at the cottage meeting Friday night at Alterra seminary. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Womack have gone to Idaho to seek employment. em-ployment. Mr. and Mrs. Nye and family, of Ogden, spent last weekend with the David Lundbergs. Ollie Rasmussen and his son, Aaron, attended the race meets at Richfield last week. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Anderson and family, of Springlenn, and Mr. and Mrs. Lorin Stevens and family, of Price, spent the weekend week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Angus Anderson. Mr. and Mrs. V. A. Roach, f I'ltfuinuiii, vaiix., nave ucv.ii guests at the home of Mr. Roach's sister, Mrs. Venita Heed, and his father. It is their first meeting for 14 years. The Scouts met Friday night to prepare for another court of honor, after which they joined the girls at roller skating. Mr. and Mrs. Duayne Knoble and sons, of Salt Lake, and A. W. Seeley spent the weekend with home folks. Mrs. Knoble and boys remained for a longer visit. Mr. and Mrs. Duane Bracken, Roosevelt, prepared a 1 dainty lunch and took Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Bracken and Lynn to Big Spring in uinta canyon, tunaay aiier-noon aiier-noon in honor of Mr. Brackens birthday. A group of Primary students met at the home of Mrs. Erna Stolla recently and canned beets for the Primary hospital in Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Walquist and children, of Idaho Falls, visited vis-ited Mrs. Pearl Jenkins, Saturday. Satur-day. The Book of Mormon class met at the Jesse Hullinger home Sunday Sun-day evening. Mr. and Mrs. LaRue Pickup and family, of Randlett. were guests Sunday at the Ed Coston home. Phyllis White and Myrtle Collins Col-lins went to the Whiterocks ward Sunday to deliver seminary talks The Wm. Jenkins baby was blessed in meeting Sunday. Colleen Robinson, Randlett, spent the weekend with Mrs. Pearl Jenkins. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Gardner motored to Salt Lake Saturday on a business and pleasure trip. Mrs. Max Gardner and family, fam-ily, of Neola, visited with Mr. and Mrs. S. B. Kettle. Wednesday Mrs. Angus Anderson is reported re-ported on the sick list. |
