Show Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that Moon Lake Water Users Association, Associa-tion, Roosevelt, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer a request re-quest for an extension of time from May 20, 1947 to May 20, 1 1950, in which to make and sub-mit sub-mit proof of appropriation of water under Applications Nos. :3652 and 7104, for the appropriation appropria-tion of 350 sec. ft., 14,000 ac. ft. and 25.000 ac. ft. respectively of water from West Fork of Lake Fork River to be diverted as direct di-rect Tow and storage in Moon Lake Reservoir and used as a supnlemental supply to irrigate J 71,317 acres of land. It is represented that more than $1,005,350.00 has been expended ex-pended on construction of reservoir reser-voir and related works, and it is estimated that an additional expenditure of $30,000.00 will be required to complete the works and apply all water to beneficial use and adjust areas served with water as it is found necessary. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said request, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer. 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before July 12, 1947.
