Unfair Tax Property in many districts of the state is taxed as high as 18 mills for school purposes, while in other districts the levy is as low as 5 mills. Usually the taxes are' highest in areas where the school facilties are poorest, says Mr. Wiscombe. School board member Wiscombe Wis-combe is well qualified to serve virtue of his long activity in Duchesne Du-chesne county school matters, and citizens of the county are pleased that he has been so recognized rec-ognized by the governor of the state.
