Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate or change water in Duchesne County, Coun-ty, Slate of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, de-signated, all locations being'from USB&M. TO CHANGE a-1889 Thomas Shisler, Roosevelt, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion of .008 sec. ft. of water right acquired acquir-ed by Application No. 14905. The water was to have been diverted from a 2-in. well, 583 ft, deep, at a point S. 143 ft. and E. 60 ft. from NW Cor., Sec. 23, T2S, R1W, and used for domestic purposes. pur-poses. Hereafter, the above quantity of water will be diverted from a 2-in. well, 583 ft. deep, at a point S. 75 ft. and E. 85 ft. from NW Cor., Sec. 23, T2S, R1W, and used us-ed for the purposes described a-bove. a-bove. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, applica-tions, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before October 6, 1945.
