Show Miss Agnes Olsen of Ephraim was in this city last week visiting with ; friends. Mrs. A. Wilcox spent last week at Nephi visiting with her daughter, Mrs. Eph. Hansen. She ei. joyed her visit very much. Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Madsen and daughter Ruby of Manti were in Mt. Pleasant this week visiting with relatives and friends Mr. James Moti9en went to Salt Lake City last Monday to continue his work at the Legislature. Mr. and Mr?. Ed. Wall and children child-ren left Mount PI. a sant last Monday Mon-day and went to Long Beach, Cali fornia where they expect to make their future home. Mr, Wall has been manager of the Sanpete Co-op for several years. Mrs. Hannah W. Candland and Mr. and Mrs. Claude Candland departed de-parted for California last Monday where they expect to make their future home. J 03. Seely was a Salt Lake visitor a few days last week. Wm. Olsen returned from Salt Lake City on Monday. He has been visiting with his son Berkley for a few days. The Dawson Sisters have gone to Salt Lake City to take a short vacation vaca-tion and get new musical selections for the Melba Theatre. They left on Monday and expect to be absent about two weeks. During their absence ab-sence Mrs. H. LeRoy Nielson has been playing at the Theatre. Mrs. H. LeRoy Nielson was hostess host-ess Wednesday afternoon, January 22nd, at a very elaborate five course luncheon followed by a musical and kensington, at which Mrs. E. W. Wall was guest of honor. The rooms were beautifully decorated in pink and green, the place cards being of the same shades. Those who enjoyed Mrs. Nielson's hospitality were: Mrs R. A. BROADHURST, Mrs. HARRY ENOS, Mrs. R. A.
