Show TINGEY APPOINTED SECRETARY The state capitol commission held an executive session yesterday afternoon, after-noon, which lasted until almost 7 o' clock in the evening, at which the proceedings of the last meeting, in eluding the awarding of the contract for the building of the new capitol to James Stewart & Co., were approved. ap-proved. Charles S. Tingey, former secre tary of state, was elected secretary but the superintendent of building and grounds will not be named until the next meeting, which will be called call-ed in about a week. The revised contract was gone over in detail and instructions were issued to Architect Kletting and Attorney General Barnes to complete the contract for the signature of Governor Spry, who is president of the commissioner, and Secretary Tingey. who have been authorized 10 sign in behal" of the commission.
