Show Dies In Canada Mrs. Hazel E. Hayward Rasmussen died May 25, 1975 at Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. SHE WAS born January 19, 1887 at Chester, Sanpete County, Utah to Thomas E. and Eliza B. Munson Hayward. She married Howard Peter Rasmussen, April 26', 1909 in Manti, Marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. (He died January 30, 1966). Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 28, 1975 - 11 a.m. Bountiful Tabernacle. Bishop Jerry L. Parkin, conducting. con-ducting. SERVICES WERE: family prayer (Tuesday evening) -Kay L.
