AN ANNUAL summer play '1'he townsfolk have been informed that they have "Trouble right here in River City," but Harold Hill will save the day, as Val Verda Stake presents its Music Man again at Valley Music Hall. is fast becoming a tradition in the stake with plans going forward already for next year's musical. Careen Jordan is director assisted by Julia Sharp and Daphne Chappel, music directors and Kathy Squires, choreographer. THE ANNUAL show has truly become a family affair, this year's cast boasting several complete families and many partial families - and more coming up. The leading lady, Julie Jelte has, between shows, become Mrs. Jeff Dahl. Performances of the musical are scheduled for June 25-28 at the Valley Music Hall. The June 25 performance perfor-mance is open to the public and begins at 8:30 p.m. with a Heritage Arts Festival and display and pre-show entertainment enter-tainment beginning at 8 p.m. TICKETS are available through stake members, at the sidewalk bazaar at Five Points Shopping Center Saturday Sat-urday June 14 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. or at the door. The price is $1 per person or $5 per family. The June 26-28 performances perfor-mances will also begin at 8:30 p.m. after the Heritage Arts Festival at 8 p.m. and will be for June Conference participants. par-ticipants.
