Show Vast Russian Plans Soviet Russia has been attempting attempt-ing to make permanent a new economic and social order. One hundred hun-dred and seventy-eight new coal mines, eleven iron mills, ninefy- three oil cracking and frly-six refining re-fining plants, two copper works, four aluminum plants, fifteen cotton cot-ton mills, eighteen knitting mills, e-leven e-leven silk mills and twenty-one shoe factories are among the industrial enterprises contemplated.
