Show Book or Price of Book Will Admit to Program At N. W. Chapel January 19 Sponsored by the Mt. Pleasant Woman's Club, a book shower for the benefit of the local Carnegie Library will be staged in the North Ward chapel at 7:30 p. m. Friday, January 19. Admission charge will be a good book new or used or the price of a book in cash. The public is cordially invited and urged urg-ed to attend. The following program has been arranged: Organ solo, Mrs. Rodney Bagnall; prayer, Mrs. William Hansen; Han-sen; quartet, George Squire, Mrs. Ina Jones. Bish. A. L. Peterson, Mrs. Alta Jensen; talk, "The Value ot the Library to Mt. Pleasant," Daniel Dan-iel Rasmussen; vocal duet, Opal Hafen and Ray Beck. Instrumental solo, North Sanpete high school; reading of a play, Mr. oien Strayer; quartet, Supt. W. K. Throndson and company of Wasatch Was-atch Academy; closing prayer, Arthur Ar-thur O. Neilson. Following the meeting, adjournment adjourn-ment will be made to the Library building, where a social hour and tea will be enjoyed, under direction direc-tion of the O. S. A. Club. |
