Show Tribune Writer Terms John K. Madsen Foremost Rambouillet Sheep Grower Following another in a long line of highly successful entries in various var-ious ram sales about the country where hisr rams topped the -sales time after time, John K. Madsen was referred to in the terms quoted below by a Salt Lake Tribune writer writ-er at Ogden, during the recent stock show there. "John K. Madsen of Mount Pleasant is accorded the distinction of being the foremost breeder of Rambouillet sheep you know, the sheep with the turn-down horns. He has topped the sales at the Ogden show for 10 years in succession suc-cession and he had 14 head here now. He has had other sheep, but he says the 'honeys' are the Ram-bouillets. Ram-bouillets. Some will dispute him. but he's firm. He has shown sheep in Australia, Japan, the Argentine and Russia. Ogden's show is one of his select." |
