Show Mrs. C. A. Gamett Hostess to Mothers Study Club Mrs. C. A. Gamett welcomed Mothers Study Club members and other guests Thursday afternoon. Everything was ready and festive for the oocasion. Club president Mabell Jense was in charge. The hostess introduced 'her entertainer, Mrs. David Black-hurst, Black-hurst, who 'gave a very fine review re-view of "The Song of Ruth," by Frank Slaughter. Based firmly on the biblical story of Ruth, fictlon-ized fictlon-ized to add interest and charm, the story was very much enjoyed. Special guests of the hostess were Mrs. L. G. Blackhurst, Mrs. Kay Jacobs, Mrs. Lloyd Armitstead and Mrs. J. H. Armitstead. Club members present were Mrs. Wesley Jense, Mrs. Karl Banks, Mrs. Estelle Fenton, Mrs. Thomas Fenton, Mrs. L. P. Harvey, Mrs. H. W. Jacobs, Mrs. Irwin Jensen, Mrs. Lewis Olpin, Mrs. A. R. Over-lade, Over-lade, Mrs.' Harry S. Richards, Mrs. William C. Smith, Mi's. Harold S. Walker, Mrs. J. P. Fugal and Mrs. A. P. Warnick. A nicely served tray luncheon was enjoyed. |
