Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS ! The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Engin-eer to appropriate water in Utah County, State of Utah, throughout through-out the entire year unless otherwise other-wise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. 28937 A. L. Duckett, 1055 Elm Ave., Provo, Ut. .50 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from an unnamed stream and drain, tributary to Provo Pro-vo River to Utah Lake to be diverted from either or both of the above sources in whole or in part at the following points: (1) Unnamed Un-named Stream N. 92.62 ft. 'and E. 55.54 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 24; (2) Drain consisting of 450 ft. of 4-in. tile at a point W. 200 ft. and S. 15 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 24, T6S, R2E. The water ds to be diverted from point of diversion No. 1 by means of an 84n. pipe conveying the water to point of diversion No. 2 where it will be commingled with the waters from the drain, and all the water will be pumped into a 4-in. pipe to a sprinkling system, the water to be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation irriga-tion of 1.36 acres as a supplemental supplemen-tal supply, and 23.64 acres as a sole supply in SESE Sec. 24, NENEVi Sec. 25, T6S, R2E; SWUSWVt Sec. 19, NWNWVi Sec. 30, T6S, R3E. 29359 Karl N. Butler, 360 E. 1st South Pleasant Grove, Ut. .5 sec.-ft. for miscellaneous use from a 6-in. well bet. 250 and 400 ft. deep at a point N. 1093.06 ft. and W. 1501.4 ft. from EVi Cor. Sec. 19 T5S, R2E. The water is to be used for the domestic requirements of one family, stock watering of 2 horses and for the propagation of beaver in 500 beaver pens, also from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 to irrigate 4 acres in N ,4 S ',4 NE 14 said Sec. 19. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit form with extra ex-tra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before Nov. 16, 1957.
