The chorus has been organized three years and the members have enjoyed performing in all the wards in Pleasant Grove, many of the functions in neighboring towns and also traveling to various places in the state with their music. If you want to spend an evening in a world free of worry and care, remember Nov. 7, say chorus members. mem-bers. The beauties of nature, of dearest dreams, spiritual love and appreciation for our American freedom will be emphasized thru familiar music. You can be sure that sweet music mu-sic will fill the' air the nig-ht of November 7th, when the Manilo-ette Manilo-ette Chorus, sponsored by Manila Ward, present their second annual evening of music. The program will carry out the theme "The Best Things in Life Are Free" and will feature many other ward members in the cast. The musicale is full of variety, contrast, change-of-pace, costuming, costum-ing, lighting and staging; however, the fact that "the song is the thing" has not been over-looked. The show will begin promptly at 8 p.m. Thursday, November 7, and will be held in the Timpanogos Stake House. There will be a charge cf fifty cents per person, proceeds to be added to the' funds raised last year to replace a piano in the ward.
