Hughes A double ring ceremony per-foiTned per-foiTned Sept. 18, united in marriage mar-riage Miss Kristine Fugal, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. Bryan C. Fugal and Eugene L. Hughes, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Hughes of Ephraim. President Elray L. Christiansen Christian-sen solemnized the Salt Lake Temple rites. The parents of the bridegroom were hosts at a w edding ed-ding breakfast following the ceremony. cer-emony. The same evening the bridal bri-dal couple were feted at a wedding wed-ding reception in the Pleasant Grove Third-Sixth Ward. For the reception the bride chose a gown of embroidered nylon ny-lon organza. The fitted bodice was styled with sweetheart neckline neck-line and short sleeves. Embroidered Embroid-ered tiers extended doivn the floor length skirt. Her veil was caught to a crown of ruffled net and seed pearls. She carried a white-orchid white-orchid encircled by stephanitis. Miss J. moil Fugal, Mrs. David Sorensen, Miss Barbara Linford and junior bridesmaids Miss Carolyn Car-olyn Fugal and Miss Laurel Fugal Fu-gal attended the bride-. They wore blue linen sheathes with blue lace ovr-r blouses, and carried butterfly-shaped bouquets of white mums. Best man was Richard Hughes, and Kenneth Fugal and Milton Fugal uishered. For her daughters reception Mrs. Fugal wore rose lace and Mrs. Hughes chose a blue model. Each wore a pink rosebud corsage. cor-sage. Pauline Peterson took care of the guest book. Lois Burch, Mary Jo Brooks and Sherry Fugal were gift bearers. Miss Marianne Washburn. Miss Virginia Jense Miss Sus ;n Howes, Miss Karen Walker and Miss Sherline Davis served. Greeting guests at the door were Alan Fugal and Mr. and Mrs. Jay Hughes. The justweds are at home in Provo where the bridegroom will continue his studies at the Brig-ham Brig-ham Young University. |
