Mrs. Fowler died Friday March 25, at Hayward, California. The touching and impressive service began at 1 p.m. with Bishop Bish-op Boyd Seeley of the Pleasant Grove 1st Ward in charge. Invocation was offered by Ert-man Ert-man Christensen, and followed by a vocal duet, "Sometime We'll Understand, by Patricia Seeley and Jean Walker. A sketch was read by Mrs. Neil Fugal. a life-long friend. First speaker was Bishop D. Ross McClellen of the Hayward ward, California, who said he represented rep-resented one thousand members of the Hayward ward, in bringing sympathy and condolence to the family, and paid tribute to the memory of Mrs. Fowler and to her husband, for their untiring work in the ward there. He was followed follow-ed by Armond Webb of Lehi, who chose as a theme, The Love of God and His purpose In the things He does. The talks were interspersed by a vocal trio My Testimony, sung by Evalyn Woofinder, Vade Phillips and Vera Trane, accompanied accom-panied by Paith Banks and a vocal duet Beyond the Sunset, by Patricia Pat-ricia Seeley and Jean Walker. They were accompanied by Laurel Thorne, who also played prelude and postlude organ music. Closing remarks of sympathy and appreciation were made by Bishop Seeley. After an organ solo by R. W. Brimhall, benediction benedict-ion was pronounced by Bishop Warren Goates of Lehi. Burial was made in the Lehi City cemetery where W. Reed Nuttall offered the dedicatorial prayer. Pallbearers, all nephews included Willis H. Brimhall, James H. Brim-hall, Brim-hall, Paul L. Steele, Evan N. Hone, Lloyd W. Hone and Robert D. Nut-tall. Nut-tall. Flowers were arranged by the First Ward Relief Society. |
