Three men work at the same place and do the same labor as one man does mi a single shift, but three times production results. Schools could be run on the same principle. Students Stu-dents in our upper grades, high schools and colleges, could be rotated ro-tated on two shifts a day. Instead of looking at horrifying minders, crimes, cigarette and b'-er advertisements on home television, tele-vision, such activity of one-half of our children in upper grades, high schools and colleges would have that relaxing time cut in half. They could see TV in the afternoon af-ternoon and evening" one week and attend school in the morning. The next week they could attend school in the afternoon and evening. This may cut down considerable juvenile delinquency and surely would decrease the necessity for more expensive school buildings.
