OCR Text	Show k ' - : ., I " J DENNIS THAYNE ... To play in FFA Band Dennis Thayne to Play in FFA National Band Dennis Thayne, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Thayne and a Junior at Pleasant Grove High School, wil leave this morning, Thursday, by train for Kansas City, Mo. Dennis will represent his school and community as a member of the National FFA Band at the National convention scheduled for October 13 through 16. During October 10 and 12 he will rehearse with the band and later play at the sessions of the convention, under the direction of Bandmaster Dr. H. S. Brunner. Following the convention the band will march and play in the American Royal Parade.
