Mr. and Mrs. Reed Crystal have purchased the Jos. Jacobson home in the third ward. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Smith and son Kreig spent Suiday evening in Provo with Mrs. Smith's parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. K. Farr. Miss Mary Lou Gardiner has returned re-turned to her home here after being be-ing confined to the American Fork hospital following an operation for appendicitis. Mr. and Mrs. Tony Fischio and baby of Salt Lake City visited Sunday Sun-day with Mr. Oscar Richini and Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Hilton. Miss Claire Nell Hilton returned to Ogden Monday after spending the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Hilton. Mi-, and Mrs. Mike San Fillipo returned Monday to their home in Richmond, Cal., after a week's visit with Mr. and Mrs. Orson Lee and other relatives in this city. Albert Gunderson ,of Santaquin, Clinton Gunderson and Josie Gunderson Gun-derson of Mammoth and Miss No-reen No-reen Gunderson of Salt Lake City were guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Bradley on Sunday. Mrs. Agnes Burns announces the engagement and approaching marriage mar-riage of her daughter, Mary, to Westley J. Walker, son of Bishop and Mrs. Joseph S. Walker. Mr. and Mrs. Irving Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Elden Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Golden Peay, attended the funeral of Neils Peter Johnson at Lehi on Thursday at 2 o'clock p. m. with burial in the American Fork city cemetery. The Merrymakers were entertained enter-tained Monday evening at the home of Mrs. Ruth Gammette. A delicious luncheon was served at small tables, the favors being small candy bouquets. bou-quets. The evening was spent in knitting, sewing and school day reminiscences. Club members present pres-ent included Ida Halllday, Leah Bullock, Bul-lock, Norma Armistead, Josephine Smith, Louise Heidenreich, Helen Radmall, Aline Roblson, Mary Jacobs, Ja-cobs, Wanda Kirkwood and the hostess.
