Show Group Slates Special Events Forty-one members of the Adult Aaronic group of the First ward attended at-tended the meeting Monday night, at which Miss Millie Benton of Alabama Ala-bama was the speaker. In addition to Miss Benton's talk, the meeting featured musical numbers by the Phillips sisters of Pleasant-Grove. Next Monday night, State Representative Repre-sentative Burton H. Adams will speak on highlights of the current legislative session. The following week, Russell Dunkley, an engineer on the Deer Creek project, will talk on the work being done on the project, proj-ect, and will show charts and maps illustrating his topic. A Valentine party will be held Thursday, February 13, with wives of the class members as special guests. Roy Okey, president of the group, Is in charge of arrangements. o |
