Show Rocky Mt. Poultry Club Elects Officers C. L. Warnick wag again selected to head the Rocky Mountain Poultry club at the annual election held Monday Mon-day in the city hall. The other officers chosen for the ensuing year are James Tattersoll, secretary-treasurer; Willis Bromley, John F. Miller, Alfred Devey, Alpine, and A. E. Adarns, Lehi, executive board. A large crowd of represenative members were present and a very fine spirit prevailed. R. L. Ashby, who had just returned from New York City where he had attended the annual fur auction and checked on the egg situation, gave a talk. He expressed the opinion that the egg situation looked most encouraging. Utah eggs were In demand there because be-cause of their fine flavor and quality. Members expressed satisfaction with the operation of the organization organiza-tion the past year and the prices received re-ceived for their products. Other units are being established in different differ-ent sections of the state. Car lot shipments of eggs are being made three times per week from Salt Lake, Murray, Ogden, Kaysville, Spanish Fork and American Fork. Gottfried & Marshall are the Eastern sales agents and are ably looking after the marketing end. |
