Show Fourth Ward M. I. A. Planning Plan-ning Valentine's Party A social event that promises to far outclass their last year's big Colonial ball, is the Valentine's party to be given Thursday, February 13, in the Alpine Stake amusement hall by the Fourth Ward M. I. A. No one will have difficulty in remembering re-membering the referred to "Colonial" party, staged by this organization last year. Their "queen", in the person per-son of John Pulley, "her" attendants, and George and Martha Washington so cleverly enacted by Master Del-bert Del-bert Ray Chipman and little lady partner, and the countless other outstanding out-standing features of the event that made it one of the most prominent events of the entire year, will all he k recalled. 2 Weil all this will be completely jj in the shade, after their Valentine f celebration this season. There will ? be a queen, and attendants for which 2 honor fifteen of the ward's fairest maidens are now contesting, program j novelties, dancing and many other attractions, which are not yet ready J for announcement. The officers in j charge state they are planning on staging a contest of ward members ' of the Gold & Green Caprice dance as an added feature. The hall will be appropriately ' decorated, and refreshments will be 1 served during the evening. ' Watch for further announcements. |
