Show Services Held for Oldest Pleasant Grove Woman Funeral-services were held Sunday Sun-day at 1 p. m. in the Timpanogc-s Stake tabernacle over the remains of Mrs. Hannah Peterson, who died at her home January 17th cf old age and general debility. W. V. Lim, counselor in the Third ward bishopric, bishop-ric, conducted the services. An organ or-gan prelude was given by Louise Christiansen and the invocation by Jens P. Fugal. A duet, "Sometime We'll Understand," was rendered by Jennie Halliday and Viola Beers. The speakers were Andrew Jensen, assistant L. D. S. church historian, who is a life long friend of the Peterson family, Stake President Wilfred W. Warnick, Ezra F. Walker, Jens P. Fugal and closing remarks by W. W. Lim. Other musical numbers rendered during the services were a solo by Mrs. Joseph Bjork; a violin solo, "O My Father," by Alfred Swenson, accompanied by Anna Fugal; a solo, "One Fleeting Hour," Jennie Halliday, Halli-day, and a solo "A Perfect Day" by Viola Beers. The benediction was pronounced by M. S. Christiansen. Interment was in Pleasant Grove cemetery where the grave was dedicated dedi-cated by Joseph Bjork. |
