Show Sophs drub Spanish Fork 22-0 touchdown. A motion penalty, ironically on Goodwin, nullified the score. During the fourth quarter, everyone on the PG team had a chance to play and Chipman and I Doug Willes recovered Don fumbles to keep the PG offense on the field. Brandon Anderson, Viking pulling guard, gave Bulkiey an excellent block to buy time for the reverse pass play to develop. Again Chipman kicked the point afer and PG led 14-0. With four minutes left in the half, Spanish Fork went to the air and Richard Livingston picked off a Don pass and returned it to the Spanish Fork 20 yard line. With Spanish on their heels, the Vikes went with a screen pass, Jacklin to Derrek Despain, and the 126-pounder used a Wilkinson block to race down the sideline into the end zone. Leading 20-0, PG faked the extra point and Jacklin passed to Despain who made a leaping catch for the two points.
