Show Police report includes indecent exposure Pleasant Grove Police suspect the same man was involved in two incidents in-cidents of indecent exposure Monday. Officer Jeff Wilson said that a man, reported to be between 18 and 20 years old, exposed himself to some girls in the Blackhawk area and also at 1100 N. 400 East. A similar incident was reported the same afternoon at the Greenwood Green-wood School in American Fork. The description of the man involved was the same as in the Pleasant Grove cases. Dennis Gray of Gray's Automotive, 730 N. State, Lindon, reported that a 1981 Toyota parked at his establishment received a broken windshield. Damage was estimated at $100. A 1981 Mercury Lynx had a stereo, equalizer and power booster valued at $140 taken. A radio and gauges valued at $35 were taken from a 1969 Volkswagen owned by David Clawson of -'American Fork. Officer Lonnie Wilson investigated this report. Officer Jim Taufer arrested an 18-year-old male on Sept. 17 for felony theft of a fire arm valued at $300 and a scope valued at $225, and for vehicle theft. The auto was valued at $400. Joslyn Smith, Pleasant Grove, reported the theft of a Huffy BMX valued at $65. The bike was taken from Central Elementary School. A hit and run accident was reported at the Pleasant Grove High School dragstrip the night of the Homecoming Queen Pageant. A car owned by Bruce Draney, Pleasant Grove, received $800 damage in the incident. The driver of the other car has been located and restitution will be made. A car owned by Frank Laga, which was parked at the top of 500 North, sustained $1,000 damage on Sept. 19. Officer Taufer said that some ATV riders in the area may have been responsible for the damage. |
