Show Notice of intent to request release of funds (NOIRROF) respecting the within project has been made by the above named town which documents the environmental review of the project. This Environmental Review Record is on file at the above address ad-dress and is available for public examination and copying, upon request. vironmental Policy Act of 1969. State will accept ac-cept an objection to its approval of the release of funds and acceptance of the certification only if it is on one of the following bases: (a) That the certification was not in fact executed by the chief executive officer or other officer of applicant approved by State; or (b) that Feb. 21, 1985 Town of Cedar Hills 4195 W. Sage Road Box 13 Cedar Hills, Utah 84062 785-6337 TO ALL INTERESTED AGENCIES, GROUPS AND PERSONS: On or about Feb. 28, 1985, the above named town will request the State to release Federal funds under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Develop-ment Act of 1974 (PL 93-383) 93-383) for the following project: Construction of approximately ap-proximately 10,700 feet of sewer outfall line to connect town residences to the American Fork sewer outfall system, and subsequently to the North Utah County Treatment Plant. Routing of the outfall line is to be as follows: Proceed V4 mile West from the West termination ter-mination of Cedar Hills Drive; ''South through private undeveloped property to 9200 North; West through private property to 4800 West; South through private property to connection point at 8800 North and 4800 West. Total estimated cost of the project: $202,500. An Environmental Review Record Town of Cedar Hills will undertake the project described above with Block Grant funds from the State under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. Town of Cedar Hills is certifying to State that Town of Cedar Hills and Max D. Adams, in his official capacity as Mayor, consent to accept the jurisdiction of the Federal courts if an action is brought to enforce responsibilities in relation to environmental en-vironmental reviews, decision-making, and action; , and that these responsibilities have been satisfied. The legal effect of the certification is that upon its approval, Town of Cedar Hills may use the Block Grant funds, and State will have satisfied its responsibilities respon-sibilities under the National F. n - applicant's environmental en-vironmental review record for the project indicates omission of a required decision, finding, or step applicable ap-plicable to the project in the Environmental Review Process. Objections Ob-jections must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the required procedure (24 CFR Part 58), and may be addressed to Stale Department of Community Com-munity and Economic Development, 6290 State Office Building, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114. Objections to the release of funds on bases other than those stated above will not be considered by the State. No objection received after March 15, 1985 will be considered by State. Max D.
