Show Notice of public hearing (zone changes) The Pleasant Grove City Council will meet Tuesday, May 15, 1984 at 6 p.m. at 6:30 p.m. in the city hall to review zone changes that have been requested. The requests for zone changes are as follows: 6:00 p.m. The request of Terry Hardy, Glendon Coleman and Preston Wright, who reside on Center Street between 100, East and about 150 East, to change the zone of their property from Residential to Commercial. Com-mercial. This zone change would allow Mr. Hardy to operate an auto body repair store and for Mr. Coleman to operate a porcelain sales store. The commercial com-mercial zoning of the property would allow wholesale and retail businesses to locate in this area. 6:30 p.m. The request of Robert Shoell to zone the property he owns at about 900 East and Center Street from the present Agricultural-residential zone (A-l-SD) to Residential (R-l). This zone change, if approved, would allow for condominiums and planned unit developments. Interested citizens are invited to attend this meeting and express ex-press their opinions on the requested zone changes.
