Bob Oscarson, Pleasant Grove Water Master, reported today that children have blocked off some ditches in town to use for "swi i ming" when the water eo- vJS He urged parents to be su e that' the children have not dammed up ditches near their homes. He said thnt his men have ah ady cleaned all 'e ditches so that they will be able to carry the maximum amount of water needed if the high water arrives. In a re-check of the ditches they found that children had dammed up some of them. One location of special note where the ditch had been dammed is on Cherry Hill Drive near the Armory whei 3 the ditch comes across the park property near the subdivision.
