Show 1 Ferguson named Hospital Employee for September ' Barbara li. Ferguson, a rcgislered nurse on the Medical floor, has been named employee of I he month for September at the American Fork Hospital. Mrs. Ferguson is well liked by her co-workers and is described as being "one of the sweetest persons" they know. A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she was raised in Ixs Angeles, California, and graduated from Granada Hills High School before going on to graduate from the Brigham Young University College of Nursing. She is the mother of four "super kids," Brittany, 13, Kristi, 11, Joel, 6 V-i, and Aaron, 4'a. 'Prior to coming to American Fork Hospital in January of 1981, she worked at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo; and Sanpete Valley Hospital in Mt. Pleasant -- for a total of 14' years with Inlermountain Health Care associated hospitals. Mrs. Ferguson says she has worked on the Medical floor, in the Emergency Room, and in the Intensive In-tensive Care Unit. She has also been involved with the hospital customer relations committee, and the home IV Therapy program. Her hobbies are anything athletic including jogging, bicycling, aerobics, and her kids.
