Show Salt Lake LDS Temple rites to unite Dale Major and Dawna Brinton S. : ill. H W:, I Mr. and Mrs. Howard Brinton, Lyman, Wyo., are pleased to announce an-nounce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Dawna, to Dale L. Major, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Duane (Duke) Major, Pleasant Grove. The couple will exchange vows in the Logan LDS Temple Friday, Sept. 21. An open house will honor them on Thursday, Sept. 20, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Major's home, 9989 N. Canyon Road, Pleasant Grove. In case of bad weather the reception will be at the Manila Church. All friends and relatives are invited to attend. Attending the bride will be Maria Brinton, Julie Major and Karen Brinton. Best man duties will be performed per-formed by David Brinton and Sam Koganies, with Darren, Doug and Drew Major serving as ushers. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Lyman High School and BYU. The prospective groom is a graduate of Pleasant Grove High School and Utah State University. He served a mission in Asuncion, Paraguay. In high school he was active in FFA and was a State Farmer. He won a calf from the Cattle Growers Assoc. of Utah. He is employed as a carpenter. The couple will make their first home in Logan where Dale has a fellowship to work towards his Master's Degree at Utah State University. Dawna Brinton Dale L. Major |
