Show Michelle Arnoldus to become bride of Douglas Nelson in S.L. Temple ; V 1 Michelle Arnoldus, daughter of Geniel Hone Arnoldus Smith, American Fork, will marry Douglas Jay Nelson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Neil Nelson, Bear River City, Sept. 21 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A reception will honor the couple that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the American Fork 8th Ward, 310 N. 100 East, and on Saturday, Sept. 22, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the home of the groom's parents, 4645 W. 5900 North, Bear River City. All friends and relatives are cordially invited to attend. Bridal attendants are the sisters of the bride: Joy, as maid of honor; Valerie, Jacqueline and Jill as bridesmaids. Best men are the brothers of the groom: Michael, David, Jason; and the brother of the bride, John H. Smith. Honored guests will be the grandparents of the bride and groom, Alta N. Hone, Faunice Laub, Damsel and Oleen Nelson. The bride-elect graduated from American Fork High School and Snow College. She will attend Utah State University in the fall and graduate in the spring with elementary education as her major. Her fiance graduated from Box Elder High School in Brigham City, He is attending Utah State University. He served an LDS mission to Tempe, Ariz. He is employed at E.A. Miller and Son's Beef in Hyrum.
